Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If this period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Returning the item

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please return the item to us without undue delay.

Refund

We will refund you, except for the original standard outbound shipping costs, within a reasonable time after we receive the returned item or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.
