Shipping & Returns

Please, be aware that preparation time is not the same that shipping time.

I'm just a person who works on this store as a side job, sometimes for different reasons (more work than usual, conventions, etc..) packages can take several weeks to be sent.

 

Preparation time:

It usually takes me between 1-2 weeks to prepare and send packages, but this time could be can be considerably longer for different reasons.

 

Shipping time:

  • Spain: 2-3 days
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • USA, Canada: 2-4 weeks
  • Other countries: 2-4 weeks

This is the approximate time it will take for your package to arrive once you receive the email that your order is on its way. It's just an approximation and sometimes it could take longer.

 

Shipping options:

  • Standard: your package will be shipped without tracking number. This option is cheaper you will not be able to track it once it's on its way to the destination. If you select this option I will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged.
  • Standard with tracking number: your package will be shipped with tracking information and you will be able to track it progress to its destination. If the package doesn't arrive after several weeks I will send your orden again to you.

 

 

Your products are always sent with maximum protection:

  • Prints are always shipped in hard carboard envelopes (or bubble envelopes if it's necessary) and a foam cardboard to avoid any damage.
  • Other products are always shipped with bubble envelopes.
  • Sometimes heavier products can be shipped in different envelopes or custom made.

 

Custom duties:

In some cases there will be VAT (value added tax) or other taxes. Customs and/or duties fees are levied by the destination country, and it's responsibility of the addressee to pay them.

 

Returns:

Because expensive international shipments I do not accept returns except in exceptional circumstances.

If you have had any problems with the quality of the products or these are damaged, please contact me so we can discuss possible solutions.

 

Returned packages:

I recieve back packages that have been returned for different reasons. If a package gets back to my studio I store them for 1 year waiting for the owner to claim it, after this time I open these and the products inside will be for sale once more. I don't accept claims for lost packages after this period.
